The United States Trustee for the Central District of California, which serves residents of Los Angeles County, has set the maximum fee allowable for non-attorney bankruptcy petition preparation services in the Central District of California at $200.00.
The United States Trustee for the Eastern District of California, which serves residents of Kern County, has set the maximum fee allowable for non-attorney bankruptcy petition preparation services in the Eastern District of California at $125.00.
Petition preparation fees are payable in cash or by United States Postal Service Money Order only.

DOCUMENT FILING:
